The West Chester Coin Club is having their 45th annual show, Sunday, March 1, 2009. This year's show will be better than ever and will be held at the Holiday Inn in West Chester. The show will open to the public at 10:00 a.m. and close at 5:00 p.m.
This year's show is conveniently located just off Route-202 at the south end of West Chester, Pa. The Holiday Inn has ground level access with lodging and food available. Parking is spacious and free. Advertising will run in the most major coin publications beginning in January. See Map & Directions for more information on the Holiday Inn.
Bourse tables cost $60.00 each which provide approximately 8 linear feet of table space. Tables will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis with payment required to reserve a table. The West Chester Coin Club reserves the right to give preferential table assignments to those customers who have established a long term annual show relationship with the club. The West Chester Coin Club is requesting that dealers limit the number of viewing lamps per table to 2 due to electrical constraints. All reservations will be acknowledged with a telephone call or USPS letter confirming your company name and names of persons to be admitted. Dealer setup begins at 8:00 a.m., with NO EXCEPTIONS.
