How much is an annual membership?

A

Annual club membership fees are $10/year. The first year of membership for a student is FREE!   And after that it's half price ($5/year) as long as they're a student, all the way through high school.

Can I join the club online?

A

Not at this time. We are working on getting a system setup to allow online applications. In the mean time, you can print out the application form and mail it to us.

Is there a phone number I can call for information?

Sorry, no. The club is more of a hobby for it's members than a buisness, and we do not have a main office with a central phone. The only exception to this for questions about the annual coin show. The Show Chairman's phone number is listed on the flyer. If you would like to contact us for any reason, send us an email or write us a letter. We will send you a response as soon as possible.

I've got some old coins. How can I tell what their worth?

A

Although the club is not in the business of appraising, buying or selling coins, there are many members in our club that would be happy to give you their oppinion as to the value of your coins. We also have several excelent dealers who are members and in the business of appraising, buying and selling coins. Our suggestion would be to attend one of our meetings as a guest and bring a few of your coins with you.

Does your club hold auctions? If yes, how much of a buyer's and/or seller's premium is charged?

A

The club holds an auction at each monthly meeting. At the present time there is no buyer's or seller's premium! Anyone in attendance may bid on items in the auction. However, only club members may submitt items to be auctioned.

Can I attend one of your meetings, without joining, just to see if I'm interested?

At the West Chester Coin Club guests are always welcome! Just sign our guest book when you arrive.
